The hotel is located in one of Melbourne’s historic areas, at the top of Collins Street and across from St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Overlooks an old world Victorian district by Fitzroy Gardens. 13 miles (21 kms) from Melbourne airport and convenient to all major attractions and Parliament Station.

Park Deluxe Spa rooms are located in the Park Tower and Cathedral residences of the hotel and, as with all rooms, feature king sized beds with five European pillows and Egyptian cotton sheet and feather doona (top sheet and blanket on request).
