This is a 4 1/2 star boutique hotel, winner of the 'Excellence Award' for its friendly and efficient service. Good location for those wanting to be close to but slightly away from, the busy city centre. Good standard hotel and good price. SS1108

The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is open 7.00am to 11.00 pm daily and serves International Cuisine. Room service is also available 24 hours. There is also a cocktail lounge open everyday until late to relax over a drink.

The Superior rooms are large, well appointed and in good condition as befitting a 4 1/2 star property. Good standard and comfortable room with shower over bath.

Situated in St Kilda's business district the hotel is only 3 km to the city centre, approximately only 20 minutes on foot.
