Overlooking Picnic Point Esplanade and the river, this resort is located in Maroochydore just 10 min drive from the Sunshine Coast airport. The beach is a 15 min walk from the property or a 5 min drive, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

The apartments are spacious, and although the furnishings are dated, they have been well maintained and are clean and comfortable. Each apartment features a private balcony with river, hinterland or ocean views, as well as 2 bathrooms, fans, dial up internet access, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full laundry, and cable television. Apartments are serviced weekly by housekeeping.

There is no restaurant onsite as apartments are self contained, but there are several local dining options close by.
