A pleasant modern hotel, renovated in 2008. This property offers good value for money however please note that this hotel does not serve alcohol. (SD 11/08)

The medium sized lobby is well appointed, with a raised seating area where one can enjoy a drink or snack. The reception is located to the left of the entrance. The room corridors look over the square shaped lobby which is in an atrium style.

A large white traditional Arabic style building.

Al Diwan Restaurant. Al Fursan Coffee.
rooms
The medium to large sized rooms are fully equipped and are in very good condition. They are not the most luxurious of rooms in town but the pastel red and beige shades create a very relaxing feel.
location
This hotel is located close to the Qurum Beach, the most famous beach in Muscat. The 'Embassy Row' is very close by and there is a shopping centre next door.
