generalA very beautiful location and resort. On site there is a swimming pool and hot tub, spa-massage service, baby sitting service, shop and laundry. There is no disabled access.
An excellent place to get away from the crowds and enjoy the best of New Zealand scenery. fishing , walking, swimming and other water based activities are all right at the doorstep. The water taxi service is not included in the room price. SE0808

exteriorThe resort is a collection of buildings set into the hillside and facing one of the Marlborough sounds. There are no elevators at the resort as each room/apartment is a single storey. A modern resort built in 2003.
restaurantThere is a restaurant on site serving local and international dishes. There is a large emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.
roomsThere is a number of room configurations at the resort. This listing is for two bedroom apartments. Each apartment faces the sea as they are built in terrace style in the hillside. They are available as a King bed in each bedroom or two king single beds. The bathrooms are all shower only, no bathtub's. In each apartment there is a lounge and balcony area, Sky TV, Radio, direct dial phones and hair dryers. Room service is limited to 08:00-22:00. The views from all rooms are spectacular.
locationIn the Marlborough sounds at the top end of the South island of New Zealand. The resort is only accessible by boat or Air. The nearest place to take water taxi from is the Picton harbour. Duration of water taxi is approximately 30 minutes. A helicopter transfer is also available at Picton and duration is approximately 10 minutes.
