This is basic accommodation and most suitable for students and budget travellers. However, it is kept very clean and offers an excellent location close to Victoria and a beautiful position on Vincent Square. (0108/AB)

The lobby is small and basic. There is a television room next to the main reception which can also be used for small group meetings if required.
exterior
This is a beautiful red brick Victorian building with an impressive facade and driveway.
restaurant
There is no restaurant. However there is a large and bright breakfast room located in the basement of the hotel.
rooms
The medium to large sized bedrooms are very simply furnished with older style facilities. Most rooms have a wash basin in the room with several shared showers and toilets located on each floor.
location
The hotel is located on a quiet London garden square, within easy walking distance of Victoria mainline and underground (Victoria, District & Circle lines) stations. The Thames is a ten minute walk south with Buckingham Palace also within walking distance.
