The lobby is very small, but warm and welcoming with a green marble floor and reception desk, light wood furniture and tartan carpeting in some parts giving it a slightly Scottish feel.
exterior
The hotel is a large, white traditional Victorian building which looks very well maintained.
restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is a beautiful room with an impressive high ceiling and a wealth of other attractive original features.
rooms
The rooms are medium sized on average and are in exceptional condition with traditional decor including dark wood furniture and elegant soft furnishings. The particularly spacious bathrooms are in exceptional condition also.
location
The hotel is located in the heart of fashionable Knightsbridge, the home of some of London's most exclusive shopping. Gloucester Road tube station is only five minutes walk away.
