The lobby is very small, but there is extensive seating in the adjoining bar area. Also there is an Internet station, for clients convenience.

The building consists of a couple of converted and connected Victorian townhouses, though some modern detailing give it a more up to date appearance than many others of its type.

rooms
The rooms are very small on average and in fair condition. They are decorated in light cream and grey. Some are located on the ground and lower floors, although these have the bonus of access to the hotel's small private terrace.
location
The hotel is situated in the heart of Paddington just five minutes walk from Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station, which provides excellent connections to the West End.
