locationThe hotel is located on the relatively peaceful Portman Square, which are just off Oxford Street and a few minutes from Park Lane. The nearest underground station is Marble Arch which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
roomsThe Business rooms have been designed using a more luxurious decor. Wireless high speed internet, large working desk and a mini Italian real expresso coffe machine are available in these type of rooms.The hotel has 4 different styles of room though all are in exceptional condition and are on average, medium sized. The styles are oriental, Scandinavian, British or classic, the latter being an attractive decor with pastel colour schemes and floral patterns. All room types are refreshingly different. The bathrooms are also in exceptional condition.
restaurantThe restaurant and bar are connected and adjoin the lobby, sharing its light, airy atmosphere and decor and serves modern British cuisine.
exteriorThe hotel itself is modern, consisting of 2 red brick tower blocks connected on the ground and 1st floors. An attractive glass canopy covers the entrance.
lobbyThe lobby is large, very attractive and light due to its tasteful colour scheme and full-length windows. It is modern in style but interesting with Art Deco details and a definite Scandinavian feel. It has recently been refurbished although this is a very new property.
generalThis is a fantastic hotel, with its most distinguishing features being its rooms. (08/10 RPL)
