The hotel is ideally located directly opposite the Excel exhibition centre in Docklands. Custom House DLR is adjacent to the hotel offering a fast link to the centre of London.

The rooms are medium in size and are decorated in a modern style. Neutral colour schemes have been used throughout all the rooms. The bathrooms are medium in size and in good condition.

The hotel offers a very pleasant Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. There is also a pub that provides very good food in a more traditional English style.

This is a modern structure, built in a maritime style.

The lobby is medium in size and is decorated in a modern style with a limited seating area for guests.
