The mahogany panelled Restaurant is the larger of the two dining rooms with well-spaced tables to create an atmosphere of intimacy. The restaurant is now managed by the celebrity and Michellin starred chef Gordon Ramsay, and offers fantastic dishes with an Italian influence.

The rooms and suites are individually decorated in English country style, combined with the technology of today. Each has fine pieces of antique furniture and original oil paintings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable featuring freshly cut flowers and fireplaces.
