generalAlthough the hotel is not central, it is conveniently located minutes from two main underground lines (Piccadilly and Metropolitan line). This is a charming and elegant hotel, furnished in traditional English style with the most up-to-date facilities. Great stay and excellent value for money ( 02/08RPL)
lobbyThe lobby is very elegantly decorated and features marble flooring, wingback chairs and fine oil paintings. It has a charming yet familiar atmosphere.
exteriorIt is a traditional property, built in 1628 with a more modern extension added over the years.
restaurantHawtrey's restaurant is an ideal venue to relax and enjoy modern French cuisine by award winning Chef Jean-Luc Sainlo, formerly of Gordon Ramsay's 3 AA Rosette and 1 Michelin star Amaryllis Restaurant. Hawtrey's has been fashioned after a Jacobean Baronial Hall featuring rich mahogany panelling adorned with fine oil paintings, oak hammer beams supporting an intricate, coffered ceiling, rich carpets and furnishings, fine bone china and silver cutlery set the tone.
