Rooms are of a small size, well decorated in bright colours, simple furnished, the overall rooms condition is good. All rooms have direct dial telephone,TV, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and hair drier. Bathrooms are of very small size but are in a very good condition, they have been totally refurbished in 2006.

Located just 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Railway and Tube Station and St Pancras Railway Station a turning, off Gray's Inn Road.
