The small lobby is right adjoining to the bar area, with tall stools and a several tables and chairs for guests to relax.

It's a converted red-brick-period house, with a car park on the rear of the building.

The breakfast room is located on the ground floor where continental breakfast is served.

Every room has ensuite private facilities, some are located on the main building, others have their own entrance "motel style" and are overlooking a small garden. They are simply furnished but are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in Hayes, Middlesex. This is about 4 miles from London's Heathrow Airport and approximately 15 miles from the centre of London. The hotel is ideal for visitors to Hayes and people working at or visiting Heathrow, especially Terminal 5. Stockley park is also very near.
