Tucked off the lobby in a setting reminiscent of a garden greenhouse, Chamberlain's American bar and bistro deliver a seasonal, signature twist to traditional bistro fare, wines by the glass and a clever martini selection. Colorful and savory, the menu combines the best of modern American and California cuisine, and emphasizes fresh local ingredients. A companion bar menu of small plates makes an ideal alternative to the dinner bistro menu, and complements Chamberlain's drink selections. The distinctive dining room makes an ideal rendezvous point for our business and leisure guests. Bathed in watery blues and teals, the space is lit by dramatic pendants and a 20-foot wall of floor-to-ceiling windows; outside, patio seating is shaded by lush banana palms and native foliage.
