The hotel is located in Ladies Beach area of Kusadsi, only 50 meters away from the beach.

The rooms are basic, in good condition, all have television, split air conditioning, and private shower room, some rooms also have a balcony.
restaurant
The restaurant which has fantastic views of the coast,serves delicious local specialities. There is a small bar by the swimming pool for refreshments.

This is a low rise building.
lobby
This is small with a seating area, decorated with turkish kilims, opposite to it.
general
This is a good value for money, right in the center of Ladies beach, close to shops and the beach. (06/06 SB)
