The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the town of Kandy, directly across from Kandy Lake. It is but a few minutes walk to the city center and other places of tourist and historic interest

The rooms are small to medium in size with basic beige and red decor. The rooms have a small fridge and basic furnishings, but no television. Some rooms also have a small balcony.

The restaurant serves local and international cuisine either buffet-style of a la carte, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. The bar in the hotel is a cosy place to unwind.

The hotel is a low rise building with a somewhat "Old World" style. An outdoor pool offers a partial view of the lake.

The lobby is medium in size with Greek columns and a small clusters of seats.
