Overlooking the Arabian Gulf opposite the Palm Jumeirah this beach front resort is in the new Jumeriah Beach Residence and Dubai Marina area. The hotel is approximately 35 kms from the Dubai city and 5 kms west of the Burj Al Arab.

Deluxe Rooms are 50sqm in size and consist of either 1 luxurious kind size or twin beds with a seating area and feature an Ipod docking station, 47" inch LCD TV with satellite channels, mini bar, safety deposit box, 24hrs in-room dining, in-room iron and ironing board, high speed wired and wireless internet, and luxurious bathroom amenities. All Deluxe rooms have sea view.

The French seafood restaurant, the Mediterranean restaurant and bar, the lobby lounge, the library and the cigar room all serve high quality cuisine.

The low rise building has an Andalucian design blended with Arabic influence which looks more like a private mansion than an international hotel.

The medium sized lobby is Arabic in design but personal and unobtrusive and sets the tone of the rest of the public areas.
