pleasenote?20th to 25th January 2013 (both dates inclusive) Golf Course will be open for play. Due to course preparation the use of carts will not be available; however golfers are welcome to use push trolleys or carry their bags. Caddies will not be available. ?26th to 28th January 2013 (both dates inclusive) Golf Course will be closed for play due to course preparation for the 2013 Challenge Match. ?29th January 2013 Golf Course and practice facilities will be closed, however all guests of the Jebel Ali Golf Resort will have complimentary access to watch the Challenge Match on Tuesday 29th January 2013.
generalThe resort offers a everything you could wish for, plenty of places to eat and drink. Onsite 9 hole golf course, with driving range and tuition area. 800 metres of pure white beach, 4 swimming pools with childrens and fresh water pool, a dedicated marina with options to charter fishing boats. The hotel boasts and excellent spa and has a vast array of treatments. Also located some 10 minute drive is the shooting and sports club. All in all, it is Dubai's True Resort.
** Please note that facing the Beach of the Resort is the construction of Jebel Ali Palm. Very little can be heard when at the resort. ** SD01.09
lobbyVery large lobby with the main reception to the right as you enter. On the left hand side is the entrance to the Meeting Rooms and Ballroom. As you go through the lobby on the right hand side is an avenue of small shops and at the is the bar. On the left hand side is the main all day dining restaurant.
exteriorThe building itself is around 30 years and has 5 floors and is a well known icon of Dubai. However the sheer size of the resort makes it look at lot smaller.
restaurantWithin in the hotel there is the all day dining restaurant, a main a la carte restaurants for dinner, swim up pool bar with service around the pool and a beach bar. Another bonus for guests is the options available at the sister hotel, Palm Tree Court and Spa as well as the restaurants at the Golf Club and Shooting Club.
roomsStandard Garden View Room - Overlooking the resort?s lush gardens, this 30sqm room features light, modern interiors and sleek dark wood furniture with a small standing balcony attached. locationKnown as Dubai's only true resort, the Jebel Ali Hotel is located in the lush garden setting of the resort. The location is part of the attraction as it is out of the main city and about 1 hour from Dubai International Airport and very close to the Abu Dhabi boarder. However, this location gives a real resort feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre whilst at the same time being only a short drive from the malls such as Ibn Battuta Mall, the new Dubai Marina Mall and the Mall of Emirates.
