As it is an old traditional ottoman building, the lobby is small with limited seating and a small reception desk. There is free wi-fi at the lobby for the guests.

The Sulthan House is a 3-storey converted Ottoman style House.

The hotel restaurant serves traditional Turkish cuisine at night and there is a hot buffet breakfast available each day. The panoramic open air terrace operates during the summer only and it has views over the Blue mosque and the Hagia Sophia.
