The main Restaurant is called Agatha Restaurant, Named in honour of celebrated author Agatha Christie, Agatha pays tribute to the three major stops of the former Orient Express; Paris, Venice and ?stanbul. By serving a combination of French, Italian and Turkish cuisine, Agatha combines traditional Turkish ingredients with international cooking techniques. Much like Istanbul itself, the menu reflects a modern bridging of culinary cultures.
