This special class hotel is located in Sultanahmet at the crossroads of all major tourist, business and entertainment districts of Istanbul, within two minutes? walk of the Blue Mosque and five minutes from Santa Sophia and Topkapi Palace. It is a short 15 minute drive from Ataturk International Airport and a 15 minute walk from the bustling Covered Bazaar.
rooms
This small hotel has only 24 rooms, all of them medium-sized and simply decorated. All rooms have a television, direct dial telephone ,minibar and air conditioning. The bathrooms are medium-sized too, mostly with showers only.
restaurant
There are two restaurants, one of them on the terrace, with fantastic views of the Marmara sea and the Old Sultanahmet. Local produce is carefully chosen and there is a good selection of typical Turkish dishes.
exterior
A really impressive wooden Ottoman house converted into a special class category hotel with a spectacular facade.
lobby
The lobby is small but there is some seating space to rest on.
general
As many of special class hotels, one of the good points is the service, to the credit of famous Turkish hospitality. The location is perfect for those tourists looking for the historic part of Istanbul. (JMG 06/07)
