generalThis hotel is one of the most modern properties in the area and the staff always ensure guests receive a warm friendly welcome. It comes highly recommended particularly for the views from the rooms. 0708SR
lobbyThe modern lobby is very large and has ample seating. The area has been decorated in soft pastel shades and the numerous plants help create a pleasant setting for guests to relax in. The lobby also doubles as the hotel's piano bar, which is popular with guests and locals alike.
exteriorThis is a towering, purpose built hotel. The building is lacking in traditional Swiss character so fails to blend in well with its surroundings.
restaurantThe hotel's main restaurant is located on the first floor. It is spacious and elegantly decorated in a modern style. In addition, the hotel's panoramic restaurant serves a variety of light snacks and offers magnificent views of the Jungfrau and the surrounding area from the eighteenth floor of the hotel!
roomsThe medium sized rooms are all in very good condition. The majority of rooms have views of the Jungfrau and those that do not are doubles which tend to be used as singles. The modern bathrooms are in very good condition. Almost all rooms have their own balcony. The hotel also offers upgraded accomodation which has been recently refurbished in attractive floral colourschemes. The deluxe rooms are more spacious than the standard rooms and offer that little bit more comfort too!
locationThis hotel is located in the heart of town overlooking the Hohematte, Interlaken's "village green".
