The resort is located on the corner of Paoakalani Avenue and Kuhio Avenue. A three-minute walk to Waikiki Beach and within walking distance of the Honolulu zoo, Waikiki aquarium and the 108 acre Kapiolani park.

Two separate towers, the 19-floor Pali tower and the 14-floor Diamond tower, accommodate 450 rooms with island-style decor. All rooms have furnished balconies as well as mini-refrigerators and in-room movies. The superior kitchenette rooms are bedded with one king or two double beds on 10th floor or lower of Pali tower, featuring step-out balcony with city view. White-tiled kitchenette is equipped with two-burner stove, microwave, coffeemaker, cookware, kitchen linens, and refrigerator. Bathrooms are with full tub/shower.
