There are two restaurants at the hotel. The Cosmo cafe, on the fifth floor, a small restaurant serving Western Cuisine, and the Nooch Bar, on the ground floor next to the lobby area, offering drinks and snacks.

All rooms are medium in size and colour-coded in orange, green or pastel yellow. Each room is fully furnished and equipped with a 20-inch wall-mounted plasma television with local and satellite channels, electronic key and door lock system, broadband internet access, direct dial telephones with multilanguage voicemail system, in-room safety deposit box, fully stocked minibar and tea/coffeemaking facilities.

The Cosmo Hotel is near Hong Kong Jockey Club in Happy Valley, within walking distance of Causeway Bay's Times Square shopping and entertainment district. MTR Causeway Bay station is just an eight minute walk from hotel.
