The hotel is located just beside the famous West Lake, a stone's throw away from the Lingyin Temple and the city center as well. The hotel is within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions.

The rooms vary a lot, on average are large sized. They are decorated in traditional Chinese style and in very good condition as are the bathrooms.

The restaurants are decorated in Chinese style, serving typical Chinese & Western food.

It is a large tranquil garden hotel with five individual buildings, with part of the hotel inside the West Lake featuring great lake view.

The lobby is medium sized and in a pleasant atmosphere.
