The building is 103 years old. It has been completely renovated to a boutique hotel and opened its doors to the public in December 2008.

The lobby is small however the a coffee shop, bar, meeting room, business service and an exercising room are just located next to it. The hotel also offers a sun roof and a quiet garden to relax.

Colony is a lovely hotel very close to the city centre and offers a wide range of services for every guest. LA 03.09

The restaurant is situated next to the lobby and it offers full breakfast.

40 luxurious rooms and mini suites of the highest design standards, furnished with state of the art furnishing and accessories.

The hotel is located in the German colony in the restored historic centre, 300 meters from the Bahat Gardens. There are restraurants, coffees and a shopping mall next to the hotel and also the beach is only a short walk away.
