The hotel is situated close to a major conference centre in the city suburbs, overlooking an attractive residential area. The international airport is just a 15 minute drive and the city centre is within easy reach.

The rooms medium sized and kept in very good condition As this is a typical conference hotel they are all modern in style, comfortable and well-maintained. The bathrooms are also in very good condition.

There is a large Spanish-style restaurant serving international dishes in a cosy atmosphere.

The building is part of a new development and has been designed like a modern office block.
lobby
The lobby is medium in size and modern, and the decor warm in an art nouveau' style.

Despite being some distance from the town centre, the hotel is easily accessible, as there is public transport available directly in front of the hotel.
