This is a great value hotel and ideal for a relaxed city break away. The beautiful town has a multitude of attractions such as Harrogate Spa, the Turkish Baths and Health Spa, The Royal Pump Museum, whilst the Yorkshire Dales, Leeds and York are all within half an hours drive. The hotel also offers free WiFi internet access throughout. (GW 09/2009)

The lobby is small with marble floors and sweeping staircases. There are spacious lounges through into the hotel.
exterior
The exterior is a typical 5 storey Victorian building, the interior (following a refurbishment in 2004) is fresh and contemporary - retaining its original elegance, yet offering all the modern amenities expected. Freshly prepared with the finest ingredients, the Brasserie's menu offers you an extensive menu of both regional and international dishes while the Bar is full of options from light bites to more substantial bar snacks. This is very popular with local residents too.
