The hotel is in a culture complex including a concert hall, conference and seminar center, shopping arcade and fast food restaurants. The rooftop of one of the music halls is a garden and a perfect spot for taking a breath of fresh air. From the top floor of the ACT Tower, you can have not only a fine view of Hamamatsu City and Lake Hamana, but of the South Japan Alps, Mt. Fuji and the entire Enshu Coast as well. At night, you can also enjoy the illuminations of Hamamatsu and surrounding area. There is also a spa, a pool and a lounge on the 29th floor. The hotel is in Act Tower, a cultural complex landmark of Hamamatsu city and just a few minutes from the East Exit of Hamamatsu station via pedestrian walkway. It takes 35 minutes from Nagoya, 70 minutes from Kyoto, 90 minutes from both Osaka and Tokyo by bullet train (Tokaido Shinkansen). Airport shuttle bus from / to "Centrair" (Central International Airport) in Nagoya, stops at Hamamatsu station everyday and it takes approximately two hours.
