The hotel is located in the centre of Hamamatsu City, just two minutes from JR Hamamatsu Station South Exit. From the station, it takes 35 minutes to Nagoya, 70 minutes to Kyoto, 90 minutes to both Osaka and Tokyo by bullet train (Tokaido Shinkansen). Airport shuttle bus from / to "Centrair" (Central International Airport) in Nagoya, stops at Hamamatsu station everyday and it takes approximately two hours.
