Hotel Gattapone is a small lodging option right in the heart of Gubbio which has been recently fully renovated. The hotel is right in the center of the historical Gubbio and it opens at two street levels. The main entrance is on the lower level but you can go in and out through the second floor where there is a small inside patio with a door to the street on that level. The Hotel Gattapone is exceptionally quiet because the two streets that give access to it are entirely for pedestrians only. Hotel not seen, description written with aid of web site and brochure. lobby
The lobby is medium size, with marble floor, and with wooden desk and iron –hardware-ship. The small private garden is the ideal place to enjoy some peaceful moments.
exterior
Located in the historical center of Gubbio, in a beautiful medieval palace, the Hotel is few steps away from the city's main attractions.
restaurant
The restaurants Taverna del Lupo and Bosone Garden, only a walking distance from the hotel, offer truffles and other delicious local dishes. Charming lounge bar and rich buffet breakfast with fresh cakes and pastries made by the chef.

18 Elegantly furnished rooms, some with typical wooden beam ceiling, and warm and homely atmosphere. Some of them have a beautiful view over the valley in front of Gubbio.
