Slightly outside Graz, the hotel is situated in a large park with a direct tram to the city centre.

Each of the 170 rooms is simply decorated but nevertheless equipped with private bathroom & telephone. They have quite large windows and are consequently quite bright.

This is a modern building.

The lobby is medium-sized.

While not in the town centre, the hotel is in a peaceful location and the city centre is easily reached by direct tram. A good choice for the budget traveller to Graz. PL 02/09
