Situated in the heart of the city centre, close to all shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is within a stones throw and the Alhambra can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away and can be reached easily as the airport bus stops very near to the establishment.

The rooms are very basic in design and style with plain coloured walls and simple bed linen. Each has its own private bathroom, television, direct dial telephone, air conditioning/heating and safe deposit box.

There is no restaurant at the establishment but they have an agreement with a cafeteria located metres from the property.
exterior
It has a medium size facade and is decorated in sand colours. There are orange coloured sunshades above some of the windows of the rooms.
