The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes walk from the city centre and near to the Federico Garcia Lorca park. The airport is approximately 25 minutes drive by car or taxi.

The rooms are decorated to a very high and modern standard; all have air conditioning/central heating. They also include direct dial telephone, music/radio channels, satellite television, mini bar and safe deposit box. All bathrooms have full amenities including hair dryer.

The restaurant serves international cuisine as well as a buffet breakfast. There is also a bar and a cafeteria as well.

The hotel has a very modern facade as it is brand new.

Medium in size with a modern looking reception desk and a seating area for those who wish to rest while checking in.
general
This hotel is very good value for money for its standard and is almost a brand new hotel, opened in late 2004. Other facilities include banquet and meeting rooms for the capacity of up to 250 people. This a very high standard hotel where guests will not be disappointed, due to its great location and excellent service provided. 07.11 CS
