All apartments have individual entrance and are all located on two floors. They are furnished in a very pleasant and fine style, with kitchenette and living rooms. They are country style and equipped with fine decors.

This is a very nice and pleasant property, suggested to anyone who wishes to have relax, being far from city and streets rumors. Taxi fee from property to ciy or to the closest beach is about EUR 12/15 per run. 04/07 ADO

Restaurant is in the main building, it is decorated with soft lights and offers delicious plates. It is within walking distance from all apartments, the farest is located 900 m away but at night there are no lights along the paths. There is no the bar and the continental breakfast is served from an external catering service directly to clients into their apartments.

Apartaments, vary in size, are in different small buildings, placed in different locations, within the property, and are pleasantly decorated in creamy colours. They are very welcomming and equipped with all comforts.

The property is located 2 km from the city centre of Grosseto, surrounded by vegetation in a peaceful area.This is a 450-hectare land property and the apartaments are spread located all over the farm.
