The property is located 2 km from the city centre of Grosseto, surrounded by vegetation in a peaceful area.This is a 450-hectare land property and the apartaments are spread located all over the farm.

Apartaments, vary in size, are in different small buildings, placed in different locations, within the property, and are pleasantly decorated in creamy colours. They are very welcomming and equipped with all comforts.
restaurant
Restaurant is in the main building, it is decorated with soft lights and offers delicious plates. It is within walking distance from all apartments, the farest is located 900 m away but at night there are no lights along the paths. There is no the bar and the continental breakfast is served from an external catering service directly to clients into their apartments.
