Greymouth is located on West coast of the South Island of New Zealand. The hotel is in the centre of this small town and close to the railway station that is the start/end point for the famous TranzAlpine Railway, one of the great railways journeys of the world. The town is often used as an overnight stop en-route up or down the coast of the South Island.
