The large lobby is lit by ornate period lamps and the nearby lounge is furnished with comfortable armchairs and antique style side tables. The hotel offers a variety of activities such as table tennis, cocktail and dance lessons. There is also a top ranked gym and spa, Elixir Fitness Gallery.

The hotel is built amidst a forest and is surrounded by gardens, that connect the classical style buildings via intimate pathways. There are two large free form connecting swimming pools.

The Terrazzo bar and restaurant offers a daily al fresco rich breakfast. The Emerald Bay Grill is the pool side casual option, and il Melograno is a gourmet a'la carte restaurant offering a varied selection of specialty dishes and a top rated wine list.
