The lobby is typical Goan, with wooden beam ceilings and Portuguese influences. The lobby is very large with ample seating areas.

One main low-rise building with a few separate villas scattered around the grounds.

This property boasts five restaurants in total. A Mediterranean speciality restaurant is located lobby level, with Chinese and Goan influenced restaurants on the lower lobby. A coffee shop is located here, as well, and in season guests have the choice of dining at the seafood shack on the beach.

The rooms are very large and elegantly decorated in blues and greens, with modern facilities. Each has a balcony or patio with garden or pool views.
