The hotel is situated on 56 acres of landscaped lawns, complete with tropical plants and graceful plants. Set in the south west coast of Goa on Benalouim Beach.

The rooms are very large and elegantly decorated in blues and greens, with modern facilities. Each has a balcony or patio with garden or pool views.

This property boasts five restaurants in total. A Mediterranean speciality restaurant is located lobby level, with Chinese and Goan influenced restaurants on the lower lobby. A coffee shop is located here, as well, and in season guests have the choice of dining at the seafood shack on the beach.
