Waterways link the Indian/Portuguese style low-storey villas. In the centre of the resort is a plaza with outdoor restaurants, shopping and cinema.

There are many restaurants to choose from. These include a South Indian restaurant, Italian, Grill and Bakery.

The large luxurious rooms have a contemporary decor with colonial touches. All rooms have an marble bathrooms with sunken spa style bath and rain showers. In some rooms these showers are outdoors.
