A low-rise building located quite close to the beach as it was built prior to zoning restrictions dictating a minimum distance between properties and the beach.

A coffeeshop serving multi-cuisine is located in the lobby and a second restaurant is located on the lower lobby level.

All rooms are of the same category and feature two twin beds or one king, a small seating area and balcony or patio. Rooms are large and in good condition.
