The hotel faces the Nakagawa River, and is conveniently located near the major business district of Tenjin, and the main entertainment area of Nakasu. It is a 20-minute car ride to Fukuoka Airport, a 3-minute walk from Tenjin subway station, and a 7-minute car ride to Hakata station.

All rooms are decorated simply with functional furniture with large windows. Colours vary depending on type of room. Japanese-style tatami rooms are also available.

Dinner with a spectacular night view of the city, and drinks afterwards can be enjoyed at 'Genkai' and 'Bar Sky Walk.' 'Cafe Riviere' is bright and Parisian, and the Japanese restaurants are what one would expect from restaurants serving traditional native delicacies.
