The hotel has a large lobby area with plenty of seats and a large reception and concierge desk, with the lobby bar opposite. From the lobby there is access to the restaurants.

There is a choice of three restaurants; one serving international dishes and one serving local specialities in a typical German style. In the modern style Brasserie light snacks are being served. The hotel also has a cosy bar.

The rooms are all a medium size, modern and kept in good condition.

The hotel is situated in a business area, surrounded by office blocks, halfway between the airport and the city centre. There is a tram stop immediately outside the hotel. There is a direct train to Frankfurt main train station, taking about fifteen minutes.
