This hotel has a small roof top sun-bathing area with a few sun beds and panoramic views over the city and the mountains. This hotel is definitely a top pick among many visitors to the Island due to its excellent location, conditions and friendly owner. (DDS 03/09).

The lobby is very small and furnished with nice, dark typical Madeiran wooden furniture.

The property is housed in two traditional Funchal-style buildings.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, however there is cafe on the ground floor, open to the general public, where you can have a light snack and a really good cup of coffee.

The accommodation is comprised of spacious rooms decorated in typical Madeiran style. Most rooms have dark wooden floors and cream-coloured curtains and bedspreads.
