THE PROPERTY RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE BY TRIP ADVISOR (SEPT 1O) for great reviews of guests. Most of the rooms are sea views and offer the commodity guests would except from a luxury hotel in an obtrusive and relaxed manner. The sports and leisure facilities include two large heated swimming pools (one sea water outdoor and one fresh water indoor pool), Spa centre including five treatments rooms, luxurious indoor active swimming pool with multiple jet streams, sauna, Turkish bath, aroma therapy, relaxation and gymnasium. Animation program is also available (seasonal). Internet also available. DDS 10/10.

The Pestana Promenade comprises two restaurants. One is a thematic and a la carte restaurant and the second is a buffet restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes. The pool snack bar is also at guests' disposal serving snacks and refreshments drinks.
