The warm and welcoming environment is reflected in the traditional decor, classic furniture, parquet flooring in the bedrooms and marble in the bathrooms. One of the finest hotels in Florence! D.O 05/2009
lobby
The lobby has been completely renovated and although the area is medium in size, it is decorated to a very high standard with arches and a polished marble floor.
exterior
The hotel is converted from an old building dating back from the twelfth century. The front facade however was added later and is in a traditional, elegant architectural style.
restaurant
Exquisite breakfast room offering a really rich buffet breakfast.
rooms
The deluxe room are very large in size and all are elegantly furnished in a mixture of modern and classical style. Parquet flooring and marble bathrooms are complimentary to the classical style of the hotel.
location
Very central, in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and the shopping areas. Thirty metres from the "Ponte Vecchio" Florence's oldest bridge and the only one not to have been blown up by the retreating Germans back in World War Two.
