location
The hotel is located off Erfurt's busy inner ring road, with the beautiful historical city centre and shopping facilities within walking distance.
rooms
Like the hotel's exterior, the small rooms have been redecorated and are furnished to a high standard in light grey colours. The rooms on the upper floors offer great views of the city's pretty red tiled roof-tops and the surrounding countryside. Even the erfurt's small airport is visible in the distance on a clear day. Both the rooms and the very small bathrooms are in very good condition.
restaurant
The restaurant is located in the first floor. Huge windows and a pale colourscheme make for an airy, or even rather cold atmosphere, but some diners have good views of the surrounding historical buildings.
exterior
It is a typical East German high rise building, built before the German reunification, but extensively modified.
lobby
The lobby is very large with a tiled floor and a long black reception desk. There are black leather seats opposite the reception desk. Various pieces of modern art brighten up what would otherwise be a rather cold reception area.
