Medium in size, the bright and spacious lobby offers seating areas and an open reception area.

This is a modern purpose-built hotel located next to the Royal College of Surgeons.
restaurant
There is a breakfast room which incorporates a bar that is open in the evenings. The setting is, again, extremely modern and elegant.

Rooms are decorated to a very high standard. All are medium in size and decorated in a contemporary style. Amenities include cable satellite TV, in-house movies, high-speed Internet access, hair dryer, tea/coffee-making facilities, trouser press and iron and ironing board.
location
This brand new hotel (opening in November 2006) is located close to the Edinburgh city centre. It is part of the Royal College of Surgeons complex. There are a variety of local pubs, bars and restaurants nearby.
