This property does not only boast a prime central location, but following its recent renovations boasts a high standard of accommodation. It is still under going minor renovation works but this should not cause any inconvenience to guests. **Please note: Single sex parties of 5 people or more, or booking contributing to a single-sex party are forbidden.** (KB 05/08)

The lobby area is located on the 1st floor and is small in size. The whole area has recently been refurbished giving a fresh modern feel.
exterior
It is a traditional late Victorian building.
restaurant
The restaurant features excellent Scottish produce. The cocktail bar, along with the restaurant offers spectacular views across Princes Street gardens to Edinburgh Castle.
rooms
All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated to a very good 3 star standard. Again the colours used are soft pastel shades. Rooms have been recently renovated and are in very good condition.
location
This hotel is situated in the centre of the city, opposite Waverley Station on Princes Street. Possibly the perfect central Edinburgh location. The airport is a 20 minute drive.
