Upon arrival, it is evident that the renovation has helped to create a totally historical feel, ensuring that all guests will be enchanted and totally fascinated by the surroundings. Starting in the lobby, the large staircase helps to cast ones mind back to centuries gone by and to thoughts of the in-house 'spirit' who has apparently been spotted in recent decades.

The Brasserie is located in the 18th century vaulted dungeons of the Castle, providing a unique dining experience. The cuisine is of a high standard, offering an international menu and high levels of service. Non residents travel from afar to dine here.
